The specially formulated 3-layer TOTAL® Hi-Low Non-Stick system creates an exceptional non-stick surface which requires little or no oil for healthy cooking and will release food easily when sauteing or braising. Cleaning is effortless, even in the dishwasher and the hi-low groove system increases durability & ensures maximum performance from the non-stick surface. The pans come with lids to keep in moisture and steam-finish vegetables or rice. Its revolutionary design "S" shaped stay cool handles are strong secure, comfortable to hold, and oven safe up to 260°C/500°F/gas mark 10. They will look stunning in any kitchen.
