The Le Creuset Stoneware Cafetiere is perfect for serving up cup after cup of coffee.
Use coarsely ground coffee beans and steep in boiling water, then plunge the mesh sieve through the press. The direct contact between the beans and the water provides a stronger flavour. You can also use loose tea leaves in the cafetiere.
